Excursion to Belek Beach Resort

Today marked an important milestone in the professional development of students at the Tourism Academy in Antalya. Future specialists took part in an off-site training program hosted by one of the finest hotels on the Mediterranean coast — Belek Beach Resort. This was not just an excursion, but a full-scale practical session where students had the chance to see firsthand how a modern hotel operates behind the scenes.

Live interaction with industry professionals, real case studies, masterclasses, and participation in interviews made the day truly valuable and inspiring for all students.
As part of their practical training, future hospitality professionals had the opportunity to study the work of all key hotel departments, gain insight into internal processes, and learn about international service standards.

A highlight of the program was a hands-on masterclass led by the housekeeping manager. Students were introduced to the process of room inspections according to global quality and hygiene standards and received practical tips and recommendations on how to organize the effective work of housekeeping staff.

During the hotel tour, participants also learned about staff requirements, the specifics of interdepartmental collaboration, and the ways in which a high level of guest service is ensured. This experience provided students with a deeper understanding of the hospitality industry and helped prepare them for real professional challenges.

The day concluded with a series of interviews aimed at selecting students for the upcoming summer internship at Belek Beach Resort — a unique opportunity to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice and take the first steps toward a successful career in hospitality.

The Tourism Academy extends its gratitude to the management and staff of Belek Beach Resort for their collaboration and for offering our students such valuable opportunities for professional growth.
